BBC NEWS | England | West Midlands | City drops apostrophes from signs. If they’re all so worried about cost, I’ll nip round to few signs with a big black marker pen, and stick the sodding apostrophes in. Or back in, if removed – dammit!! Or will that mean I’ll get prosecuted for tagging?
